I’m up in Western NE visiting some friends and family. In this town of 6,000 or so, this is the best car I’ve seen in town.

This is the town Cabela’s is from. I’ve never seen in the garage, but Dick Cabela's "house ” does take up an entire block now.

Many years ago, I traveled out to the Sand Hills a few times on business - Sidney, Alliance, Scottsbluff. Drove from either Omaha or Denver. Back then, Sidney was the only Cabelas, so it was a required stop.

Some of my Dad's family is from the Sidney area, so we make a trip up here once a year to visit folks over a long weekend.

I always thought it was so pretty and peaceful out there. Granted I was only there in summer, but it was nice.

I've always like it out here.  If the right job opportunity occurred, I'd like to think I would try out living here for awhile.
